Supplementary set for detecting gross leaks in packaging by internal pressurisation and bubble testing in accordance with ASTM F2096.
Overview
The WITT ASTM Set extends the LEAK-MASTER® EASY for standardised bubble testing in accordance with ASTM F2096.
The test package is internally pressurised and submerged in water. Escaping air produces a visible stream of bubbles, allowing gross leaks to be detected and located.
The method provides an easy, fast and officially recognised approach to package quality control.
