Overview
The WITT MAPY 4.0 is a flexible gas analysing system for monitoring protective atmospheres in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Depending on the selected version, it can perform intermittent sample testing via a needle, continuous inline analysis or both types of measurement.
Available for O₂, CO₂ or combined O₂/CO₂ measurement, the MAPY 4.0 provides fast and precise results to support product quality and production efficiency. Pressure compensation helps maintain reliable measurement accuracy, while adjustable limits and alarm outputs allow out-of-tolerance results to be identified immediately.
The touchscreen interface, measurement data storage, USB transfer and Ethernet connectivity help standardise quality-control processes and simplify integration into company networks.
