Overview
The WITT KM FLOW MAP family comprises electronic gas mixing systems for two or three defined gases, designed for protective-atmosphere packaging in the food industry.
The systems use electronic mass flow controllers instead of conventional proportional mixing valves. Freely programmable gas mixtures can be selected through the touchscreen or with an optional barcode scanner.
The KM FLOW MAP is suitable for vacuum, thermoforming, pillow-bag and manually sealed packaging machines. When combined with a gas analyser, the system can continuously monitor the oxygen concentration while helping to optimise packaging quality and gas consumption.
