Overview
The KM10-2 FLEX Ex is a compact gas mixer for two defined flammable gases, designed for variable processes and applications with low gas consumption.
Its portable desktop design makes it particularly suitable for laboratory and technical applications. The mixer produces between 1 and approximately 28 Nl/min of mixed gas and provides infinitely variable mixture and flow adjustment.
WITT’s pneumatic mixing technology eliminates the need for a mixed-gas receiver, reducing equipment costs and installation space. Automatic pressure regulation maintains consistent mixture quality despite permitted fluctuations in the gas supply and mixed-gas withdrawal.
The unit requires no electrical connection and incorporates a fail-safe design that shuts down the mixer if either gas supply fails. Its controls can also be locked to prevent unauthorised adjustment.
