Gas Mixer KM100/200-M
Gas mixing systems for two or three defined gases, designed especially for flow-packing machines and other continuous packaging processes in the food industry.
Overview
The WITT KM100/200-M range provides infinitely variable mixture and flow settings, with different capacity ranges for continuous gas withdrawal. The gas mixture flow is controlled by a metering valve combined with a flow meter.
The system operates independently of pressure fluctuations in the gas supply and variations in packing speed within the permitted range. A lockable transparent door protects the settings, while the splash-proof stainless steel housing provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.
The KM100/200-M range is suitable for food-grade gases in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. WITT is certified according to DIN EN ISO 22000.
