Overview
The WITT KM100–600 MAPY ZRL is an electronic gas mixing and dosing system for two gases, with integrated oxygen analysis for Modified Atmosphere Packaging and controlled-storage atmospheres.
The system continuously monitors the oxygen concentration using an integrated zirconia sensor. It automatically regulates the gas quantity until the required oxygen concentration is reached, providing potential gas savings of up to 30%.
If the inlet pressure or operating temperature falls below the required level, an audible and visual alarm is activated. The mixed-gas supply and connected process, such as a packaging machine, can also be stopped to help prevent quality problems.
Its operation remains independent of pressure fluctuations in the gas supply, packaging speed and package size.
