Overview
The WITT KM100-M+ is an electronic gas mixing system with a motor-driven mixing valve for various technical applications. It is a further innovation based on WITT’s well-proven mixing valve technology.
The system provides fast mixture adjustment in less than three seconds through the simultaneous adjustment of its mixing valves. Mixture settings can be adjusted in steps of 0.1%, with the current position shown on the display.
The KM100-M+ can be controlled remotely through a PC or the machine’s PLC. Parameters and valve positions can be monitored at any time, while parameter settings can be documented to support quality management requirements.
Integrated gas-supply monitoring improves process safety. Low inlet pressures trigger an alarm and a potential-free contact, which can be used to shut down machinery and help prevent quality problems.
The splash-proof housing is manufactured from brushed stainless steel with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
