Overview
The WITT KM100/MG50-MEM+ family comprises electronic gas mixing systems with motor-driven mixing valves for two or three gases. Mixture settings can be adjusted in increments of 0.1%, with fast adjustment in less than three seconds.
The mixers can be controlled and monitored through a touchscreen, PC, PLC or machine control system. Integrated gas-supply monitoring helps improve process reliability, while the splash-proof brushed stainless steel housing provides smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
The KM100 models are designed for medium to high flow capacities, while the MG50 models accommodate high to very high flow requirements.
