Overview
The WITT KM300–600 M family provides continuous gas mixing for two or three defined gases, particularly for flow-packing machines and other continuous packaging processes in the food industry.
A proportional mixing valve for two-gas models, or three individual mixing valves for three-gas models, provides infinitely variable mixture settings. Gas flow is controlled using a metering valve combined with a flow meter.
The mixer maintains consistent mixture quality independently of pressure fluctuations in the gas supply and changes in packaging speed within the permitted operating range. Its splash-proof stainless steel housing has a smooth, easy-to-clean surface for hygienic food-processing environments.
