Gas Mixer MED-MG

Overview
The WITT MED-MG is a stationary gas mixing system specifically designed to produce synthetic medicinal air from nitrogen and oxygen in accordance with EN ISO 7396-1.
The system provides a pre-set gas mixture with a capacity of up to approximately 675 Nm³/h. Operation is managed through a touchscreen, with gas mixture withdrawal possible from zero to the maximum flow capacity.
Two independent integrated oxygen analysers continuously monitor and document the gas mixture. The analysers are self-monitoring, while pressure transmitters monitor the incoming gas supply. If an inlet pressure falls below the required level, the system activates an optical alarm and shuts down.
Independent safety components, protected settings and continuous monitoring provide a high level of supply reliability for stationary medical installations.
