Gas Mixer MG FIX & FLEX
Pneumatic gas mixer family for two or three non-flammable gases, available with factory-set FIX or operator-adjustable FLEX configurations.
Overview
The MG FIX & FLEX family provides accurate gas mixtures for variable industrial processes using two or three defined gases.
FIX models produce factory-set, tamper-resistant mixtures. They are available for two- or three-component gas mixtures where the required composition must remain unchanged.
The MG-2 FLEX allows operators to adjust a two-component gas mixture using a control knob and percentage scale. Its controls can be locked to prevent unauthorised adjustment.
WITT’s pneumatic mixing technology eliminates the need for a mixed-gas receiver or electrical connection. The system maintains consistent mixture quality during permitted pressure and withdrawal fluctuations and automatically shuts down if any gas supply fails.
Five capacity sizes are available, with maximum output ranging from approximately 373 to 2,256 Nl/min based on the nitrogen flow figures in the supplied WITT data sheet.
