Powerful electronic gas mixer for two gases, particularly for highly fluctuating gas mixture output quantities
Overview
The WITT MG500–1000 2ME ERC+ is a gas mixing system for two defined gases, designed for industrial applications with high flows and fluctuating gas mixture production requirements.
An electro-pneumatic proportional mixing valve provides infinitely variable mixture settings. The mixture can be adjusted locally using the GC50 control unit or remotely via Ethernet or an analogue input. Gas mixture withdrawal is possible from zero to the maximum flow capacity.
The system operates independently of pressure fluctuations in the gas supply and permits intermittent gas mixture withdrawal. It requires sufficient buffer volume of 1,500 to 2,000 litres, depending on gas mixing capacity. The capacity range is from zero to approximately 1,264 Nm³/h; the exact pressure and flow capacity ratios are shown in the data sheet.
