Inline gas analyser for continuous monitoring and optional sample testing of O₂, CO₂ or combined O₂/CO₂ levels, particularly in MAP flow-packaging processes.
Overview
The WITT MAPY LE is an inline gas analysing system for monitoring protective atmospheres in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Designed particularly for flow-packaging processes, it continuously analyses the supplied protective atmosphere during production. Intermittent sample testing via a needle is also available, depending on the selected version.
Available for O₂, CO₂ or combined O₂/CO₂ measurement, the MAPY LE provides fast and precise results to support product quality and production efficiency. Pressure compensation helps maintain reliable measurement accuracy, while adjustable limits and alarm contacts allow the equipment to respond immediately when results fall outside the permitted range.
The touchscreen interface, data logging, USB connection and Ethernet connectivity support efficient quality-control workflows and integration into existing production systems.
