Overview
The AWS3 is an inline gas analysing system for the permanent monitoring of gas concentrations in pressurised pipelines. Available as a single or dual analyser, it measures O₂, CO₂ or combined O₂/CO₂ concentrations in industrial gas processes.
Pressure compensation provides stable and accurate measurement results, while adjustable minimum and maximum limits enable continuous verification of the supplied gas mixture. If a measured concentration moves outside the permitted range, alarm contacts can activate warning equipment or stop connected machinery to help protect process and product quality.
The touchscreen interface provides straightforward operation, while Ethernet connectivity supports integration into company networks. The analyser can also be incorporated into compatible WITT gas mixing systems.
