Overview

The Continuous Pipeline Gas Analyser is designed to provide 24/7 monitoring of oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations in pressurised gas lines, giving operators immediate confidence that the correct gas mixture is being supplied throughout production. Suitable for oxygen, carbon dioxide or combined O₂/CO₂ analysis, it continuously verifies gas quality without the need for manual sampling.

User-defined high and low gas concentration limits can be programmed for each measured gas, with two volt-free relay outputs available to trigger alarms, warning lights or PLCs, or automatically stop production equipment whenever gas concentrations move outside specification. Rather than discovering an incorrect gas mixture during a routine quality check, operators are alerted immediately, helping to prevent product loss, minimise downtime and protect process quality before problems escalate.

Ideal for integration with gas mixers, MAP packaging lines and other automated gas processes, the analyser provides a simple yet highly effective safeguard wherever continuous gas quality verification is critical.
