WITT Can-Piercer
Adjustable piercing accessory for safe headspace analysis of cans, bottles, canisters and other rigid packages.
Overview
The WITT Can-Piercer enables headspace gas analysis of canisters, bottles, cans and mini packages that cannot be sampled easily using a handheld needle alone. It securely holds the package while the sampling needle penetrates the metal or plastic closure.
The adjustable stand accommodates packages up to 405 mm high. Safe interlocking, integrated needle protection and robust sampling needles support reliable operation while reducing the risk of needle breakage.
Three standard versions are available for different package types, needle lengths and pressure conditions. The Can-Piercer is suitable for use with WITT OXYBABY® M+, OXYBABY® 6.0, MAPY and PA gas analysers.
