Overview
The LEAK-MASTER® EASY PLUS is a package leak detection system that combines the proven water-based bubble-test method of the LEAK-MASTER® EASY with the electronic Control Unit PLUS.
Once a package is immersed in the water-filled chamber, the space above the water is evacuated using a compressed-air-powered Venturi nozzle. The package inflates under vacuum, allowing leaks and their precise location to be identified through a visible stream of bubbles.
The Control Unit PLUS provides predefined testing programs, touchscreen operation, continuous monitoring of set limits and comprehensive recording of product, user and test data. Results can be exported as CSV files or PDF reports through Ethernet or USB.
The system delivers repeatable, operator-independent testing without requiring helium, trace gas or calibration.
