Overview
The LEAK-MASTER® MAPMAX is an automatic inline micro-leak detection and leak testing system for packages based on CO₂. It enables the non-destructive detection of the smallest leaks and seal integrity testing directly after the packaging process, without the costly use of helium as a trace gas. Using the CO₂ already present in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), the system detects leaks quickly and reliably by monitoring changes in CO₂ concentration within the test chamber.
