Overview
The WITT OXYBABY® 6.0i is a premium portable headspace gas analyser for checking modified atmospheres in food packaging. It provides fast and accurate O₂ or combined O₂/CO₂ measurements at the packaging machine, in storage areas or in the laboratory.
The analyser requires as little as 2 mL of sample gas for O₂ testing, making it suitable for small packages with limited headspace. Automatic needle sampling, permanent sample-flow monitoring and an optional package-pressure indication help support reliable testing and identify blocked needles or filters.
The integrated data log stores the last 500 measurements, while USB and microSD connectivity enable convenient data transfer. Product, user and packaging-line administration, together with OBCC software compatibility, supports structured documentation and complete HACCP traceability.
