WITT gas mixers use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or mass flow controller technology to support continuous, variable or fluctuating gas demand. Applications include modified atmosphere packaging and food processing, beverage production, welding and metalworking, laser and glass processing, laboratory and research environments, helium leak testing and other specialised industrial processes. Producing mixtures at the point of use also provides greater flexibility when different compositions or gas volumes are required.
The appropriate mixer depends on the gases, mixture range, inlet and outlet pressures, flow capacity, receiver requirements and whether flammable gases are involved.
